Do unused plan credits roll over?
No. Plan credits reset to the plan allowance each month, and unused credits do not roll over.
Are annual plan credits granted all at once?
No. The annual fee is paid upfront, but credits reset monthly just like a monthly plan.
Do purchased credits expire?
They have no separate date-based expiration while you remain on a paid plan. Any remaining purchased credits expire when you move to Free and are not restored later.
Can I change my plan while subscribed?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately after the price difference is paid, with additional credits granted for the difference between plans. Downgrades take effect after the current paid period ends, and your existing plan and credits remain available until then. Purchased credits expire if you move to Free.
Does cancellation take effect immediately, and can I get a refund?
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access continues until then. Monthly and annual payments are generally non-refundable; cancellation stops the next auto-renewal.
